A Personal Note!

Hi!

"SOMETHING NEW IS ON THE WAY". We will be making the debut soon, so keep checking.

We certainly hope that everyone had a great Fourth of July. Our's was really nice in just getting to do some things around the house and visit with the family.

One of the things that has been on my mind lately is, Why do we forget to let Christ show in our everyday Christian lives? I can't write this sentence without pointing the finger directly at myself, but I also know that there are a lot of Christians out there that face the same short fall.

Most of us have this idea that Christians are supposed to be nice and easy going. We think that we should turn the other cheek to adversity and act humble while the world (Satan) marches forth going and coming as it pleases. Yet I honestly believe that God did not mean for His people to stand by and watch the world fall into Satan's grasp.

The pressures of the world are upon us constantly, and I know that folks have so much on their mind that they can't possibly deal with all of it. That may even be the problem. There is so much out there, issues that we can't do anything about, and so much information that we hear, and so much that we see. To put it plainly, it's "MIND BOGGLING".

I see so many of us that are so intent on trying to do our jobs, take care of family, and have a few moments of peace and quiet, that when a small insignifcant barrier is cast in our path that we seem to get angry and let our emotions take charge, then we loose our Christian perspective, and stumble.

I just THANK GOD that He loves us so much, that He looks into our heart and through His GRACE intercedes for us through these short comings.

Most importantly, help us pray that He will be in our voices, songs, and testimony as we minister for Him.

You see, It's not about us, it's ALL ABOUT HIM!
